Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases from Ground Speed Warriors are merchandise transactions and are not tax-deductible charitable donations.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law or payment processor rules.

For giveaway prizes, the winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, title fees, registration fees, licensing fees, insurance, delivery costs, travel expenses, and any other costs not expressly included in the Official Rules.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times, delivery estimates, and fulfillment timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Ground Speed Warriors is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather
Incorrect addresses
Supply chain issues
Payment processing delays
Customs or regulatory issues
Events outside our reasonable control

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect information provided by you, Ground Speed Warriors is not responsible for replacement or refund unless required by law.

Risk of loss may transfer to you once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Ground Speed Warriors may provide a separate Refund Policy, Return Policy, or Exchange Policy. If such a policy is posted, that policy governs returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Unless otherwise stated:

All sales may be considered final
Shipping charges may be non-refundable
Custom, limited-edition, used, worn, damaged, or promotional items may not be eligible for return
Refunds may only be issued to the original payment method

Ground Speed Warriors reserves the right to deny refunds, returns, or exchanges for suspected abuse, fraud, policy violations, or items that do not meet return requirements.

11. Purchase Refunds, Cancellations, Chargebacks, and Entry Adjustments

If a purchase results in giveaway entries and the order is later canceled, refunded, partially refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, or deemed fraudulent, Ground Speed Warriors reserves the right to remove, reduce, void, or adjust the associated giveaway entries.

If only part of an order is refunded or canceled, Ground Speed Warriors may adjust the entries based on the remaining eligible purchase amount.

If a participant initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent transaction, Ground Speed Warriors may void all entries associated with that order and may disqualify the participant from the applicable giveaway.

Ground Speed Warriors may delay entry crediting, winner verification, or prize fulfillment while purchases, payments, refunds, disputes, fraud reviews, or chargebacks are being reviewed.

12. Giveaways, Sweepstakes, Contests, and Promotions

Ground Speed Warriors may offer giveaways, sweepstakes, contests, prize promotions, entry-based campaigns, or other promotional opportunities.

Certain giveaways may allow participants to receive entries through eligible merchandise purchases made on the Ground Speed Warriors website. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Official Rules, eligible purchases receive ten giveaway entries, also referred to as tickets, for every $1.00 spent on eligible merchandise.

All giveaways and promotions are subject to separate Official Rules, which may include eligibility requirements, start and end dates, entry methods, purchase-based entry calculations, free alternate methods of entry, prize details, prize value, odds of winning, winner selection procedures, verification requirements, tax responsibilities, state restrictions, and other important terms.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the Official Rules for a specific giveaway, the Official Rules will control for that specific giveaway.

13. Purchase-Based Giveaway Entry Calculation

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Official Rules, eligible purchases made through the Ground Speed Warriors website may receive ten giveaway entries, also referred to as tickets, for every $1.00 spent on eligible merchandise.

For example:

Unless otherwise stated in the Official Rules, purchase-based entries are calculated based on the eligible merchandise subtotal actually paid after discounts, coupons, credits, gift cards, refunds, or promotional adjustments, and before taxes, shipping, handling, processing fees, insurance, duties, or other non-merchandise charges.

Partial dollars may be rounded down to the nearest whole dollar for entry calculation purposes unless otherwise stated in the Official Rules.

For example, if an eligible merchandise subtotal is $49.99, the entry calculation may be based on $49.00, resulting in 490 entries, unless the Official Rules provide a different calculation method.

Ground Speed Warriors reserves the right to determine which products, purchases, promotions, bundles, subscriptions, donations, gift cards, fees, shipping charges, taxes, or other charges qualify for giveaway entries.

Entries may be awarded through:

Eligible merchandise purchases
Promotional campaigns
Bonus entry offers
Free alternate methods of entry, where required or offered
Manual entry adjustments
Other entry methods described in the Official Rules

Ground Speed Warriors reserves the right to void, cancel, remove, reduce, or adjust entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicated, generated by bots or automated systems, associated with canceled orders, associated with refunded orders, associated with disputed charges or chargebacks, submitted in violation of the Official Rules, or otherwise deemed invalid by Ground Speed Warriors in its sole discretion.

Ground Speed Warriors’ entry calculations and eligibility determinations are final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. No Purchase Necessary and Alternate Method of Entry

Unless expressly structured otherwise in compliance with applicable law, Ground Speed Warriors giveaways based on chance will include a no-purchase method of entry.

A purchase is not required to enter or win where prohibited by law.

A purchase does not guarantee winning.

Where purchase-based entries are offered, eligible purchases may receive entries based on the purchase amount. However, participants should review the applicable Official Rules for full details, including any free alternate method of entry, entry limits, eligibility requirements, and restrictions.

The free alternate method of entry, if offered or required by law, will provide a method for eligible participants to enter without making a purchase, subject to the entry limits or equivalent entry opportunity described in the Official Rules.

Ground Speed Warriors reserves the right to reject, void, or disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms, the Official Rules, or applicable law.

15. Giveaway Timing, Delay, Suspension, Modification, or Cancellation

Ground Speed Warriors reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to delay, postpone, suspend, modify, extend, reschedule, or cancel any giveaway, drawing, winner announcement, winner verification period, prize fulfillment, or related promotional activity for any reason Ground Speed Warriors deems necessary, appropriate, or advisable.

Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

Fraud concerns

Ground Speed Warriors may take such action without prior notice and without liability, provided that any required legal obligations, prize obligations, or participant rights under applicable law and the Official Rules are honored.

The revised giveaway date, drawing date, announcement date, or fulfillment timeline may be posted on the website, communicated by email, announced on social media, or otherwise made available at Ground Speed Warriors’ discretion.

No participant shall be entitled to compensation, refund, damages, prize substitution, or other relief solely because of a giveaway delay, postponement, modification, extension, rescheduling, or cancellation, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the Official Rules.

16. Winner Selection and Verification

Potential giveaway winners may be selected according to the method described in the applicable Official Rules.

Selection as a potential winner does not mean the person is an official winner. All potential winners are subject to verification.

Before being confirmed as a winner, a potential winner may be required to:

Provide proof of identity
Provide proof of age
Provide proof of residency
Provide a valid driver’s license, if applicable
Complete eligibility documentation
Complete tax forms
Sign an affidavit of eligibility
Sign a liability release
Sign a publicity release, where permitted
Respond within a required timeframe
Comply with all Official Rules

Failure to complete verification requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Ground Speed Warriors’ decisions regarding eligibility, entry validity, winner selection, verification, disqualification, and prize fulfillment are final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Prize Conditions

Prizes are awarded “as is” unless otherwise stated in the Official Rules.

For vehicle prizes, the winner may be responsible for:

Federal, state, and local taxes
Title fees
Registration fees
Licensing fees
Insurance
Transportation or delivery costs
Travel costs
Inspection costs
Any upgrades, repairs, modifications, maintenance, or repairs after transfer
Any other expenses not expressly included in the Official Rules

Vehicle features, specifications, mileage, horsepower, performance descriptions, modifications, wrap designs, aftermarket parts, photos, videos, and promotional descriptions are provided for general informational and promotional purposes.

Actual prize condition, availability, specifications, and included items will be governed by the Official Rules and any winner documentation.

Ground Speed Warriors makes no guarantee that any vehicle prize will meet a winner’s personal expectations, local regulatory requirements, emissions requirements, insurance requirements, or intended use.

18. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and any other factors described in the Official Rules.

Ground Speed Warriors does not guarantee that any person will win a prize.

A purchase does not guarantee winning.

19. Disqualification

Ground Speed Warriors reserves the right to disqualify any participant, entrant, customer, or potential winner if we believe they have:

Violated these Terms
Violated the Official Rules
Submitted false or misleading information
Used fraudulent payment methods
Abused discounts, promotions, or entry systems
Used bots, scripts, multiple fake accounts, or automated entry methods
Attempted to tamper with the giveaway process

Merchandise purchases are purchases of goods, not charitable donations
Purchases may not be tax-deductible
Ground Speed Warriors retains discretion over operational expenses, promotional costs, giveaway costs, administrative costs, and the timing and allocation of support
Specific recipients, contribution amounts, or donation percentages may vary by campaign

22. No Government, Military, or Veteran Organization Endorsement

Unless expressly stated in writing, Ground Speed Warriors is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to the United States government, the Department of Defense, any branch of the United States military, any specific veteran organization, any military museum, any vehicle manufacturer, or any other third-party organization.

All trademarks, logos, names, military references, vehicle names, product names, or organization names are the property of their respective owners.

23. Email, SMS, and Marketing Communications

By providing your email address or phone number, you may consent to receive communications from Ground Speed Warriors, including order updates, giveaway updates, customer service messages, promotional emails, and, if separately consented to, SMS/text messages.

Marketing emails may include unsubscribe instructions. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message.

34. Dispute Resolution

36. Venue and Jurisdiction

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms, the website, purchases, giveaways, promotions, or Ground Speed Warriors will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
